The skyscraper world leader second highest will be built in Yongsan, Seoul central, by 2013, city government representatives said on Thursday (March 29).
The city government of Seoul has approved a plan with Korea Railroad Corp. to build the 150-story building in the complex planned Yongsan international business.
The corporation said it will soon collect applications countrymen bidders for the construction of the skyscraper of 620 meters above the site is currently used for railway maintenance and railway logistics.
