(Yongsan, Seoul) on building a world leader, second highest in the area.


The skyscraper world leader second highest will be built in Yongsan, Seoul central, by 2013, city government representatives said on Thursday (March 29).

The city government of Seoul has approved a plan with Korea Railroad Corp. to build the 150-story building in the complex planned Yongsan international business.

However, two tallest buildings - Incheon Tower 610 meters in the port (the port city) and Western Incheon Lotte World II 555 meters amusement park building in Seoul Jamsil district - are being planned.

"The city allowed the construction project because this is unlikely to hurt the landscape near Mt. Namsan and goes well with the complex nature of international business to be created in Yongsan," said a city official, asking (begging) anonymity.

"Building Seoul signal greatly contribute to attracting foreign tourists and investment."
